Responsibilities
Supporting client cash management, including bill pay and cash flow oversight
Designing, improving, and optimizing accounting systems and workflows
Preparing and reviewing financial statements and compilations
Handling sales tax compliance and related reporting
Assisting with tax planning, estimates, and proactive client communications
Preparing and reviewing complex tax returns for individuals, trusts, and business entities
Conducting tax research and documenting technical positions
Acting as a responsive, thoughtful resource for client questions and problem-solving
Qualification
Required
Active CPA license required
Solid experience in public accounting or advisory environments
Strong technical foundation across accounting and taxation
Comfortable working directly with clients and explaining complex topics clearly
Naturally curious, proactive, and solutions-oriented
Positive attitude, sense of ownership, and genuine care for others
Able to balance urgency with accuracy and professionalism
