Responsibilities

Responsible for sales growth within the region and promotion of products to a diverse customer base including industrial cleaning contractors, Jetstream Distributors and industrial plants where applicable
Responsible for establishing Annual Operating Plan for sales growth in direct channel
Prepare both pump and accessory quotes
Increase sales in the respective territory through extensive field visits
Assist DIS in developing Go-to-Market strategy for the European market
Generate direct sales and develop customers within specified territory
Train customers and other personnel in the company's product line
Conduct / attend regional sales meetings and trade shows as needed
Recommend new product changes as well as other new product ideas
Submit Weekly Call Reports along with Month End Market Report and Monthly Sales Flash Report
Assist DIS in creating direct marketing campaign
Maintain customer contact in company CRM
Submit expense report on a timely basis
Develop and maintain competitive manufacturer's profiles and report on their activity each month
Ensure that all business conducted in the region is consistent with the company's mission statement and standard of ethical practices
Extensive travel required
Perform other duties, assignments and special projects as required

Required

Bachelor's Degree, required
Mechanical aptitude and minimum five (5) years of capital equipment and or parts sales experience
Effective communication style (both written and verbal)
High degree of motivation and initiative
Bi-Lingual (fluency in language of area of primary responsibility and English). Acceptable languages are but not limited to Italian, French, German
Experience and familiarity with Excel, Word, Powerpoint (or equivalent)
Sound decision-making skills
