Required

Must be a US Citizen with the ability to pass background checks comparable to DoD Secret

2+ years of ServiceNow development experience in ITSM, ITOM, SAM, ITBM, and/or equivalent

ServiceNow Fundamentals (CSA) and ServiceNow Implementation certifications

Functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow configuration and implementation

Experience building catalog items, including the associated flows and workflows

Consultant in 3 or more ServiceNow implementation projects

Knowledge of JavaScript or a similar scripting language

Implementation experience working directly with customers and clients

Knowledge of LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, and Web Services

Knowledge of Customer Service Management

Preferred

ServiceNow certifications in two or more applications (CSM, ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, GRC, SecOps, SAM, or HR)

ITIL v4 Fundamentals certification

CompTIA Security Plus (Sec+) certification or equivalent

Knowledge of relational databases

Knowledge of systems, infrastructure, and networks

Knowledge of ServiceNow Integrations

Experience with ServiceNow Domain Separation

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certificate

Knowledge of ServiceNow Custom Applications

Experience with Agile Development Methodologies

Knowledge of Integrated Risk Management
