Digital Marketing Manager
Cardone Ventures is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join their 10X Marketing Services team, which acts as an internal marketing agency focused on brand awareness and lead generation. The role involves developing growth marketing strategies, ensuring measurable ROI, and collaborating with agency partners to execute flawless campaigns.
Responsibilities
Flawless Campaign Execution: You’ve launched and managed campaigns across multiple platforms and products - specifically GBP, Local SEO, LSAs and, PPC - with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
10X Mindset: You go beyond “good enough,” constantly seeking ways to optimize, scale, and innovate in service of client growth
Performance-Driven Results: You’ve improved ROAS, lowered CPLs, and hit or exceeded client lead volume goals across accounts under your care
Seamless Collaboration: You work in lockstep with Account Managers, Client Strategy, and 3rd party media partners—acting as the go-to expert for paid media tactics
Closed-loop reporting: You deliver clean, insightful reporting that tells a story, connects media results to business outcomes, and supports campaign recommendations
Drive measurable growth for local, service-based SMBs by leading strategies for Google Business Profile, Local SEO, and Local Service Ads—tying every initiative to client revenue goals
Build a cohesive strategy the initial offer into a scalable paid media roadmap, establishing stage-gates for expansion into broader Search, Display, Social and SEO channels
Oversee external agency partners to ensure tactical paid media execution meets KPIs, passes performance audits, and adheres to best practices, while providing clear accountability to leadership and clients
Own dashboards and attribution models that clearly show CPL, conversion rates, and ROI—delivering client-ready insights that highlight wins, gaps, and next-step recommendations
Qualification
Required
Experience with design and management of digital marketing strategies, tactics and channels that drive measurable ROI for local SMBs
Skilled in using search trend analysis to forecast spend and lead volume, building projections tied to benchmarks and revenue-driven outcomes
Deep understanding of the relationship between Google Business Profile, Local SEO, and Local Service Ads, with the ability to integrate these channels into a cohesive paid media growth strategy that scales client visibility, lead flow, and ROI
Proven ability to manage agency partners—overseeing tactical paid media execution, KPI measurement, performance audits, and adherence to best practices
Ability to collaborate with x-functional team members including Account Managers, CRM specialists, graphics designers, etc. to ensure strategy is tied to client KPIs and revenue goals
Experience with performance dashboards (Looker, CRM, etc.) and ensure data accuracy
Excellent communication skills - able to collaborate internally and deliver client-ready reports that clearly show attribution, wins, gaps, and next steps and translate data to strategic recommendations
At least 5 years' experience in a Digital Marketing role
Preferred
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing or a related field preferred
