Responsibilities

Build and iterate SOPs for consistent, high-value dealer touchpoints

Ensure we have a systematic approach to establishing trusted relationships with Dealer Principals, Fixed Ops Directors, Service Managers, and BDC teams

Model performance analysis and develop data-driven action plans for the Success Team

Optimize monthly reporting, feature updates/newsletters, and quarterly business reviews

Act as a “player-coach” to team members; support mentorship and learning

Strengthen internal tools, processes, and enablement for the Dealer Success team

Build and improve scalable SOPs (knowledge base and training assets)

Coach our Dealer Success team on proactive outreach, thoughtful, and create

Create a rhythm and workflow for Dealer Success team to establish genuine relationships w/dealers

Provide guidance for when to be proactive and thoughtfully reactive

Identify and implement opportunities to improve launch, engagement, and performance cycles

Architect and continuously refine the end-to-end dealership launch and onboarding system

Lead the development and scaling of training programs, enablement and integration resources
