The QA Technician will be responsible for routine sampling and testing of products, ensuring compliance with quality specifications, and supporting GMP compliance throughout the facility.

Responsibilities
Routine sampling and testing of Fresh Express product and materials throughout shift
Ability to recognize, identify, document and communicate all analytical quality and food safety evaluations, processing checks, and out-of-spec samples
Confirm adjustments are made to ensure compliance of specifications
Recheck product following adjustments in order meet the highest quality expectations
Support leadership in GMP compliance throughout the facility
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must possess basic math skills
Self-motivated individual who requires minimal supervision and direction
Work in a respectful manner and be a team player
Steel toed shoes
Available to work a Monday - Saturday schedule
Preferred
Food industry or Manufacturing experience is a plus
Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Polish is a plus
