Responsibilities
Overseeing various complex technical analytical tasks related to program policy, procedures, and interpretation of the State Administration Manual (SAM) and the Public Health Administration Manual (PHAM) as related to Center for Health Care Quality (CHCQ) Facilities, Fleet and Asset Management Programs
Enforce applicable requirements/standards
Preparing documents, reports, and making recommendations to senior management relating to all facility operations and space planning
Qualification
Required
Ability to establish workload priorities
Excellent organization of materials
Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Project management experience
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Education or experience with facility design/floorplan software
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Benefits
This position may be eligible for telework up to three (3) days per week
Business travel may be required, and reimbursement considers an employee’s designated headquarters office subject to regulations and bargaining unit contract provisions.
