Responsibilities

Expand existing relationships and acquire new clients through referrals and targeted prospecting
Manage the delivery of financial services to corporate clients, ensuring adherence to credit quality and compliance standards
Partner with internal teams (Risk, Treasury, Client Services, Product Specialists) to provide comprehensive solutions
Negotiate loan terms based on risk assessment, market conditions, and client profitability
Review and underwrite new and renewal loan requests in collaboration with risk partners
Monitor portfolio quality, minimize risk exposure, and address potential issues promptly
Prepare and deliver clear, effective presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders

Required

2–4 years of experience in commercial lending or corporate banking
Strong understanding of accounting, finance principles, and credit risk
Excellent marketing, analytical, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with aggressive goals
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
