Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using iPaas vendors and a variety of enterprise cloud and on-premise systems
Oversee the full API lifecycle, from designing and developing RESTful APIs to testing, monitoring, and optimizing for performance and scalability
Create reusable API assets and connectors to accelerate faster development and future-proof integration solutions
Work closely with third-party vendors and integration partners to evaluate solutions, manage implementation, and ensure the integration of external systems and tools into the organization’s architecture
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of experience in integration development, with a focus on enterprise systems and APIs and MuleSoft
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript
Extensive hands-on experience with MuleSoft Any point Platform, including API design, development, and deployment
Experience with MuleSoft product suite, Cloud Hub 2.0, API-led connectivity, API Manager, Partner Manager, and MuleSoft Administration
In-depth knowledge and experience with event-driven architecture, including Pub/Sub messaging patterns, message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka), and event-driven systems
Familiarity with API management, API security best practices (OAuth, JWT, etc.), and security principles within MuleSoft integrations
Good understanding of EDI Standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and integration protocols (e.g., AS2, SFTP, FTPS)
Experience using version control systems (e.g., Github, Bitbucket)
Proficient in working with databases and data integration, including data mapping, transformation, and database queries
Exposure to cloud integration platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex integration issues and optimize system performance
Certifications in integration technologies such as MuleSoft, AWS, Azure
Preferred
Experience with manufacturing systems like ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), IoT, and other manufacturing-specific applications is a plus
