Marketing Services

Responsibilities

Own and drive overall eCommerce growth strategy and execution
Lead revenue growth through SEO, content optimization, CRO, and organic acquisition
Oversee product content, category optimization, and merchandising strategies
Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks
Collaborate with marketing, content, SEO, and analytics teams
Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
Identify competitive gaps and build strategies to outperform competitors
Optimize user experience and conversion funnels
Stay updated with eCommerce trends, platforms, and best practices

Required

Expertise in eCommerce strategy development, digital marketing, and performance optimization
Experience in business analytics, data-driven decision-making, and market trend analysis
Proficiency in team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and project management
Background in developing and implementing innovative technologies and solutions
Proven experience scaling eCommerce revenue and organic traffic
Strong understanding of SEO, content optimization, and conversion optimization
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to achieve business growth and enhance customer experience
Comprehensive knowledge of both traditional and AI-driven digital platforms and trends
Experience working with DTC or marketplace-driven brands
Experience with international or multi-brand eCommerce operations
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in eCommerce or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
