Responsibilities
Develop and execute an enterprise digital channel strategy that delivers a connected, consistent customer experience across all retail banking segments
Lead innovation and digital delivery through AB Labs, partnering with IT and external technology partners to bring new capabilities to market
Own the roadmap, prioritization, and performance of all major customer-facing digital sales and service platforms
Leverage customer insights, market research, and competitive benchmarking to continuously improve digital experiences
Build, lead, and retain high-performing teams by fostering a culture of development, accountability, and inclusion
Partner closely with Marketing, IT, Finance, and business leaders to align digital investments with business outcomes
Oversee acquisition planning and integration from a digital channel perspective
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent experience
15+ years of experience in banking or financial services with progressive leadership responsibility
Extensive experience leading digital technology, platforms, and large-scale transformation initiatives
Preferred
Advanced degree or executive leadership training
Experience leading innovation labs or agile, product-driven organizations
Proven success delivering enterprise digital strategies across multiple lines of business
