This role involves managing day-to-day operations of the athletic department, providing leadership and support to coaches and athletes, and ensuring effective communication and coordination among various departments.

Responsibilities
Coordinate all transportation for athletic teams
Ensure a clean line of communication on upcoming or ongoing athletic facility needs for the athletic department to the facilities department
Communicate with Facilities and Security on a regular basis to ensure all departments are aligned in support of the needs of the athletic department
Enter all contest schedules in all required scheduling platforms
Coordinate travel arrangements for all team’s overnight trips
Coordinate coverage for all necessary positions for home athletic contests, (score/clock/national anthem/announcing)
Set up athletic facilities for home contests
Coordinate Ursuline coaches use of athletic facilities for private lessons
Coordinate approved athletic facility rentals
Complete and secure contracts for athletic rental facilities
Act as Game Administrator for home games as needed
Assist coaches in getting uniforms and equipment inventoried post season
Qualification
Required
A very strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
Detail oriented with the ability to effectively work across multiple scheduling and calendar platforms
Must have a flexible schedule to accommodate early mornings, late nights and potential weekend coverage as needed
Must be able to coach a sport at Ursuline, at any level (Freshman, JV or Varsity)
A deep commitment to the mission of Ursuline Academy of Dallas and its Catholic identity
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in education, business administration or sports management
