Responsibilities

Open & expand regional accounts (commercial, institutional) through prospecting, outreach, presentations and networking within the Monster Tree franchise network’s client base
Build multi-location contracts and preferred vendor agreements; align SOWs to Monster Tree Service capabilities and safety standards
Manage and grow acquired accounts: set quarterly business reviews, negotiate renewals, and expand services (plant health care, emergency response programs, storm readiness)
Coordinate with franchise owners to ensure coverage, pricing strategies, capacity planning, and service excellence
Pipeline & forecast ownership in CRM, track contact volume, contact milestones, and revenue attribution by account and franchise territory
Qualify leads and conduct discovery calls to understand candidate fit (financial readiness, territory interest, operational aptitude, culture alignment)
Guide candidates through the awarding process: brand overview, FDD review, validation, territory mapping, meet-the-team days, and executive interviews
Collaborate with corporate marketing to improve lead quality via targeted campaigns and regional events
Own candidate journey end-to-end in CRM: cadence, documentation, milestones, and post-award handoff to onboarding

Required

Proven success in enterprise/regional account selling (multi-location contracts)
Strong consultative selling skills and executive presence; able to navigate complex buying committees
CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar); disciplined pipeline management and forecasting
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; data-driven decision-making
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Hybrid role with regional travel (estimated 20–30%), including client site visits, regional events, discovery days, and franchise candidate meetings

Preferred

5–8+ years in B2B sales/account management, business development, or franchise development (home services, facilities, landscaping/arboriculture, or related industries preferred)
Knowledge of tree care services, arboriculture practices, safety, and compliance (ISA, OSHA) is a plus but not required
MBA or ISA credentials a plus
