Required

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to manage complex projects and mentor engineering teams

Minimum of 8 years of structural engineering experience

Professional Engineer (PE) license

Proficiency in structural design and drafting software

Preferred

Master's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structural emphasis)

12+ years of structural engineering experience with a focus on facilities design and project leadership

Experience with Autodesk Revit

Experience with Post Tensioned Concrete Design
