Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for running outbound prospecting campaigns, qualifying leads, and representing the brand to customers, while working closely with the sales team to drive new logo acquisition and expansion.

Responsibilities
Run effective outbound prospecting campaigns including cold-calls, cold emails, and social touches
Qualify inbound and outbound leads by introducing ClickUp and running them through qualification and discovery framework
Represent our brand to customers at the start of their research journey
Schedule appointments and demos for new logo acquisition and expansion across the existing customer base
Serve as a product specialist on ClickUp products and services
Qualification
Required
1-2 years relevant work experience in outbound tech sales
A proven track record of consistently hitting targets in previous jobs or extracurriculars
You're a persuasive self-starter and a good listener with a high degree of personal accountability in communicating cross-functionally and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
Customer empathy and genuine curiosity for prospects and their need
