The Familie is a music and sports agency representing top talent across the entertainment and athletic industries. They are seeking a Marketing & Business Development Intern to support growth, branding, and operational efforts while gaining hands-on experience in partnership development and brand strategy.

Responsibilities

Provide general support on marketing, branding, and business development projects led by executive leadership

Assist with ongoing strategic projects and internal brand initiatives, including research, preparation of materials, and coordination across teams

Support the creation and execution of new business pitches, presentations, and partnership proposals

Contribute to the development of project briefs, outreach lists, and strategy decks for emerging business opportunities

Assist with administrative tasks, database management, and organizational support

Participate in client and team meetings, providing insights and taking notes as needed

Support outreach efforts by helping research prospective partners and assist in follow-up communications
