Responsibilities
Work closely with prospects, branches, CDO, and RM while bringing a consultative approach providing First Bank cash management solutions to include Remote Deposit Service, ACH service, Wire Service, Positive Pay, Bill Pay and sweep services
Conduct presentations to prospective clients to identify Deposit and cash management opportunities to First Bank
Meet with CDO, RM and Branch staff on account planning and prospective customers for cash management services
Joint calling efforts with team members for prospective new clients and existing clients
Prepare comparative cash management pricing/pro forma driving account analysis relationships
Prepare proper cash management documentation forms and submit to deposit operations for implementation
Onboard and ensure client experience is smooth while providing proper training so clients understand efficiency of cash management tools
Manage Pipeline and overall cash management sale cycle
Calling with partner-Needs analysis and discussing bank capabilities
Gathering of deposit statements (Identifies opportunities)
Breaking down statements to put together pro-forma
Sales presentation/proposal
Closing the sale
Have appropriate paperwork signed based on the services client signs up for
Send completed documentation for implementation
Training client
Once implemented ensure that client comfortable using services as expected
Cash management relationship management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 6-8 years cash and treasury management experience
Candidate should be detail-oriented, strong communicator, a team player and have the ability to multi-task
Ability to travel throughout the state to support sales efforts
