Responsibilities
Utilize a combination of email/LinkedIn campaigns and phone calls to engage with key decision-makers within the target companies that fall under categories such as brokers, HCMs, PEOs, General Agencies, Payroll, Healthcare, and Financial/Wealth management
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to prospects
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team
Work closely with the sales team to align outreach strategies with overall business objectives
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Business Development Representative or Account Executive in employee benefits
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals
Willingness to learn and grow your skillset
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
