Supply Chain Analyst

Responsibilities
Support Hydrite’s Safety Vision, Mission, and Values
Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of supply chain
Collect data on supply chain operations
Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity
Assist with regional data and reporting needs
Support the regional branches in Infor and act as a Power User/SME
Responsible for data integrity in M3 at a regional level
Act as a project manager for Optiva as it relates to the overall Supply Chain function
Support cross-functional teams and participate in projects aimed at enhancing operational excellence, process optimization, and overall customer satisfaction
Work collaboratively with operations and commercial team to meet regional and company goals and objectives
Uphold Hydrite’s Standard of Excellence through a continuous commitment to maintain quality facilities and provide quality products and services to internal and external customers
Perform all duties outlined in relevant SOPs and all other duties to be assigned
Lead and participate in efforts to reduce costs and improve efficiency
Works with other staff members to maintain workload balances. Provides back-up support for supply chain functions for any assigned facilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
Five years' experience in Supply Chain related field preferred
Previous experience with ERP systems (Infor M3 a plus) with the ability to read a MRP report preferred
Excellent communication skills, strong people skills and team player
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications
Must have communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to read, write, and speak English
Ability to sit, stand, and climb stairs for up to 8 hours per day
Occasional turning, twisting, stooping, bending, lifting, and reaching
Due to safety concerns, the wearing of contact lenses is prohibited in Operations
Able to wear a hairnet and beard net, if applicable, with a hard hat, safety glasses, and steel-toed shoes
No exposed jewelry in body piercings when in a GMP production area
Must have a valid Driver's License and the ability to drive to multiple work locations
