Responsibilities

Maintain deep regulatory knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and state/local leave laws
Administer ADA process in compliance with laws and company policies
Oversee leave program as administered by third-party vendor; partner with Benefits, HR Ops, Payroll, Risk, and Safety
Collaborate with HR, vendor, and legal counsel to implement new policies and regulations
Conduct audits to ensure compliance
Review data and metrics with vendor; identify patterns and report findings
Conduct root cause analyses and recommend process improvements
Serve as liaison between vendor, legal, and HR for escalations
Evaluate effectiveness of leave programs and policies
Provide guidance and training to managers on leave and accommodations
Serve as SME on business and HR projects as needed

Required

5 years' related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Candidates must clearly indicate their current location on their resume to be considered for this position

Preferred

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
