The Operations & Gallery Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring that all client interactions align with the company's service standards while maintaining a well-organized and efficient showroom environment.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily front-line operations, including calls, messages, scheduling, and in-gallery experience
Ensure all client interactions align with Beyond Shades’ service standards and brand voice
Maintain showroom readiness and operational flow during open hours
Ensure consistent coverage and smooth operations through planning, scheduling, and process — not constant after-hours availability
Support and hold team members accountable to established expectations
Provide feedback, guidance, and correction when standards are not met
Ensure follow-up, responsiveness, and accuracy across all client files
Escalate issues appropriately and resolve problems calmly and professionally
Maintain and refine existing SOPs for intake, follow-up, service, sales flow, and showroom processes
Use daily and weekly checklists to keep operations consistent
Audit open client files, samples, and service items for accuracy and completion
Ensure systems are followed consistently and reliably
Ensure new leads are routed correctly and handled promptly
Support the coordination of measuring, quoting, ordering, installation, and service workflows
Protect the client experience by keeping projects organized and moving forward
Create the operational consistency that allows Design Consultants to focus on selling
Act as the primary point of operational leadership within the gallery
Communicate clearly with ownership regarding workflow, issues, and improvements
Identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
Keep people, processes, and priorities aligned
Leads are responded to promptly and followed up consistently
Client files and orders are accurate and complete
Showroom standards are maintained daily
Operations run smoothly with minimal owner intervention
The team understands and follows established processes
New business flows efficiently through the operational pipeline

Experienced in boutique retail, luxury service, hospitality, design studios, or similar environments
