Customer Success Specialist
RESTO Athletic is a company that crafts custom dye-sublimated performance wear for athletes and fans. They are seeking a Customer Success Specialist who will bridge the gap between their AI design tool and customers, providing personalized support and assistance with complex design needs. The role involves customer service, consultative sales, and marketing advocacy.
Responsibilities
Act as the "AI Pilot": Monitor the design queue and intervene when customers struggle with the AI tool, helping them finalize mockups, vector files, and logo placements
Quality Assurance: Review custom orders submitted via the AI and collaborate with production art team to ensure color, resolution, and sizing are production-ready before they go to print
Resolution: Handle inquiries regarding sizing, fabric technology, shipping times, and returns with speed and empathy
Upselling & Cross-selling: Analyze customer designs to suggest complementary items (e.g., matching socks for a jersey order, warm-up gear for a team) to increase Average Order Value
Bulk Order Management: Identify individual customers who appear to be ordering for a team or league and transition them into a bulk pricing tier/team account
Cart Recovery: Proactively reach out to customers who spent significant time in the AI designer but abandoned their project, offering design help to close the sale
Voice of the Customer: Tag and track user friction points with the AI tool to help our development team improve the software including collecting structured service data for recurring Q&A materials
User-Generated Content (UGC): Encourage happy customers to share photos of their teams wearing our gear; identify high-quality photos to be featured on our social media channels and monitor channels for success stories and growth opportunities
Content Library Maintenance: Create a pipeline for marketing content and maintain updated resources and user generated content
Brand Advocacy: Ensure every interaction reinforces our brand voice
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent, with an Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications or Design preferred
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with a confident phone presence
Customer service, E-commerce, or Retail experience in any industry, with apparel manufacturing industry experience being preferred
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Proficiency with CRM/sales software and Google workspace or Microsoft suite products
Basic familiarity with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator) is a massive plus
