Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the company’s goals and growth plans

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable and secure infrastructure, including cloud systems, data storage, and networking solutions

In depth knowledge of the Azure Cloud environment including Kubernetes and the ability to scale solutions efficiently and effectively

Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing IT team to support company operations and ensure smooth technological execution across departments

Implement processes/practices/workflows to improve customer satisfaction of committed ticket turnaround times

Establish and oversee a robust cybersecurity framework to protect company data, intellectual property, and customer information

Identify and lead initiatives for the implementation of new technologies, automating processes, and integrating systems to drive efficiency

Work closely with other departments (OPS, engineering, finance, HR, etc.) to ensure IT supports their needs while enhancing collaboration and productivity

Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure effective implementation and maintenance of tools, services, and software

Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions that balance performance and scalability with fiscal responsibility

Design and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to mitigate potential risks to business operations

Ensure IT policies, procedures, and systems comply with industry regulations, standards, and best practices

Required

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

15+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a proven track record in scaling technology in a company with many acquisitions in a fast-growing environment

Extensive experience in Data Center consolidation, post acquisitions

Strong understanding of Azure cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices a must

Experience in cybersecurity, data privacy, and managing compliance with relevant regulations (SOC, HIPAA, PCI, etc.)

Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment
