Responsibilities

Leads, supports, and administers software design and development for CDPH’s enterprise platform services in a Dev Ops environment

Serves as a technical business analyst and scrum leader writing technical user stories, working with Product Owners to understand business requirements, and acts as a liaison between business and the technical team for mission critical applications and systems

Supports the development and maintenance of low code/no code platform systems and/or software applications

Leads and/or directs projects involving application and database development, technical system configuration, performance tuning, and problem resolution
