Executive Corporate Account Manager
Talent Harbor is a fast-growing national company transforming the way organizations think about hygiene, sustainability, and customer experience. They are seeking an Executive Corporate Account Manager to build and grow strong relationships with key corporate clients while balancing account management and business development.
Responsibilities
Build and grow strong, long-term relationships with key corporate clients
Serve as the go-to partner for client success, ensuring seamless service delivery
Uncover opportunities for growth and lead contract negotiations with senior stakeholders
Balance account management (70%) with business development (30%)—driving retention and new wins
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, ops, product, and marketing) to deliver excellence
Represent clients’ needs while tracking KPIs and delivering actionable insights to leadership
Qualification
Required
7 years of experience in account management, business development, or corporate sales
A proven history of managing large accounts and consistently hitting revenue targets
Strong communicator with negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Based in the NY Metro or NJ area, with the flexibility to travel regionally
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for customer success
Preferred
MBA or experience in hygiene, food service, or hospitality industries
