Responsibilities
Lead the development and maintenance of complex financial models to evaluate performance, support monthly and long-term planning, and guide strategic decisions
Prepare executive- and board-level financial presentations and analyses, translating complex financial data into actionable insights
Oversee variance-to-budget reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis; drive the annual budgeting and reforecasting process in partnership with cross-functional leaders
Manage ad-hoc financial analyses, including diligence and modeling for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and new market opportunities
Lead continuous improvement initiatives for financial processes, systems, and reporting tools, with emphasis on ERP (D365) and business intelligence platforms
Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of accuracy, insight, and proactive problem-solving
Qualification
Required
3–7+ years of finance experience - background in investment banking, private equity, leveraged finance, Big 4 accounting, or high-performing corporate FP&A highly preferred
Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills with strong proficiency in financial statements
Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into executive-level presentations and recommendations
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; comfortable partnering with non-financial stakeholders in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Experience analyzing consumer, retail, or branded product businesses strongly preferred
