Optimising performance for data-heavy workloads
Integrating with internal ML systems and third-party services
Contributing to architectural decisions that shape long-term platform direction
Improving developer experience (CI/CD, tooling, reliability)
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with Python in production environments
Background in backend systems, platforms, or infrastructure-heavy services
Comfort owning complex technical problems end-to-end
Experience at high-growth startups or strong engineering organisations
Clear, thoughtful communicator who can collaborate across teams
Preferred
Frontend experience is a bonus, not a requirement
