Independently enter data from legal documents into Prolaw

Research data which requires the knowledge and understanding of the processing requirements for Prolaw

Provide reports from the data base to legal staff on request

Assist in records management activities, which include monitoring Records Disposition Schedules

Boxing and labeling closed case files

Preparing records transfer lists

Entering data into the Prolaw files module

Requesting case files from the department's records centers

Maintain regular communication with legal staff and other departmental staff, court clerks, and counsel to exchange and obtain information regarding docketing of cases
