In this role, you’ll ensure priorities are clear, projects stay on track, and key information is effectively communicated across teams while promoting operational excellence and strategic planning.

Responsibilities
Partner with agency leadership to support strategic planning, priority setting, and team alignment around business goals
Provide thought leadership in solving complex organizational problems and identifying new growth opportunities
Develop highly visual presentations that translate quantitative and qualitative insights into clear stories for senior leadership
Drive the content, cadence, and logistics of key agency routines, including all-hands calls, town halls, ad hoc events, and new initiatives to foster team connectivity
Lead people management support, including headcount reporting, onboarding for new hires, and contract renewals
Maintain operational clarity across initiatives, ensuring teams understand priorities and next steps
Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to leadership, helping to anticipate challenges and proactively propose solutions
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in business planning, strategy, or operations roles
Strong presentation skills—able to craft data-driven stories that influence senior leadership decisions
Excellent communicator, with the ability to build trust and partner effectively across organizational levels
Highly detail-oriented with an emphasis on accuracy and quality in deliverables
Analytical, critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable in ambiguous environments; self-starter and continuous learner
Flexible, resilient, and able to adapt to setbacks while maintaining momentum
Skilled at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines
Preferred
