Responsibilities
25%- Prospect for new customers and secure appointments to share SWB’s mission and product offerings
40%- Manage existing accounts on a daily basis to ensure superior customer service
5%- Using the company CRM tool, prepare a weekly sales plan that shows initiated sales, sales leads, and prospects as well as account penetration
10%- Learn and understand the basic applications of the products that we sell and how they benefit our customers and their projects
15%- Work with internal and external sources to find new product offerings to present to clients
5%- Attend and actively participate in monthly sales meetings
Build & Develop strategic relationships with customers
Product Expert on all lines
Generate new leads for all territories
Learn and relay industry information to Sales Manager
Evaluate and make recommendations on new & existing products
Research and analyze competitor product pricing and sales approach
Establish attainable sales goals with Sales Manager
Meet with Sr. Management bi-weekly for sales review
Review open / pending orders and reconcile monthly
Maintain accurate records of all leads, customer accounts, and sales trends
Visit completed project sites to take pictures, and submit those pictures and copy of sales orders every Friday
Qualification
Required
History of success and a minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience
Previous experience in sales, business management, or customer service
Must have strong computer skills and have ERP experience
Must have effective sales and negotiation skills
Must be detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills
Must be customer focused and have exceptional customer service skills
Must be active on social media and understand the value of each platform (including LinkedIn)
