Central Revenue Manager
Forbes Technical Consulting is seeking a Central Revenue Manager to oversee revenue management strategies within the hospitality sector. The role involves analyzing market data, developing pricing strategies, and maintaining rate parity across various channels to enhance revenue performance.
Responsibilities
PRO: Daily management
Analyze weekly and monthly STR
Strategy Meeting (120 Day, STR, Demand 360 & Action items)
Analyze Agency 360 and support DOS/BTS with strategies against it
Analyze Demand 360 and develop segmentation and channel strategies against it
Maintain hotels rate parity score across all channels (using Lighthouse and actioning against it)
Maintain the RMT- this includes rate plan pricing, updating room type modifiers, etc
Work with DOS to develop pricing strategies for new and existing volume accounts
Implement strategies on 3rd party internet channels ensuring parity in all distribution’s channels
Conduct group evaluation/displacement analysis as needed by hotel sales to determine impact on hotel RevPAR and overall spend in the hotel
Prepare monthly sell strategy for 12-month booking window. Ensure group strategies are in place with the hotel strategy team for the entire booking cycle
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in a Hotel Revenue Management role
Deep knowledge and experience with internal systems: PrO, Reserve, RMT, Lighthouse
Deep knowledge and experience with external systems: TravelClick Demand & Agency 360, Smith Travel, Fornova/Lighthouse, and OTA extranet functions
Proven track record for delivering market share results and leading property Strategy Teams
Strong analytical capabilities to discern areas of opportunity and solution tactics & strategies
Strong communication skills to provide directional leadership for Strategy implementation in weekly Strategy meetings
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related studies
