Responsibilities

Transform a successful Dental Lab into a dominant market leader

Lead the next phase of expansion

Execute a high-level outbound strategy to capture market share across both Private Practices and Dental Support Organizations (DSOs)

Build the "Access Playbook"—codifying the scripts, the entry strategies, and the objection-handling frameworks specific to the Dental industry

Demonstrate the system works and then hire and train the team to execute it

Mastery of Access: You must possess the tactical skill to navigate the 'Front Desk,' bypass Office Managers, and secure meetings with the true decision-makers: Private Clinic Owners/Doctors and C-Level DSO Executives

Reliance on inbound marketing or trade shows is not enough. We require a proven methodology for breaking into hard-to-reach practices and corporate groups to self-source pipeline

You will not just execute; you will document. As you break into these accounts, you will build the 'Access Playbook'—codifying the scripts, the entry strategies, and the objection-handling frameworks specific to the Dental industry

You are building the scalable model that our future sales team will run on

This is a 'Prove it, then Lead it' model. Once you demonstrate the system works, you will have the mandate to hire and train the team to execute it

You understand the unique barriers in the dental industry. You know how to get past the Front Office Manager to get the Doctor on the phone, and how to navigate corporate directories to reach DSO leadership

You have a history of managing the full sales cycle—from the initial cold break-in to the signed partnership agreement

You understand that for a lab to grow, the acquisition process must be repeatable. You have the discipline to build the system, not just hit the number
