Addison Group is seeking an IT Support I-II candidate to assist in providing help desk support for over 300 users. The role involves managing an average of 30-50 support tickets weekly, focusing on customer service and technical support for various technologies including O365 and Windows.

Support 300+ users ranging from corporate business users to field support
Support an average of 30-50 tickets a week providing top quality customer service
Provide support experience within O365 (MS Office, AD, Outlook, etc.), Windows, VPNs, and mobile support (Android/iOS)
Qualification
Required
Support experience within O365 (MS Office, AD, Outlook, ect.)
Windows
VPNs
Mobile support (Android/iOS)
Self-starter and eager to continually learn
Preferred
Experience with OSPF layers
Certifications within Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA)
CompTIA A+
