Building Inspector

Westward360 is a leader in the Property Management industry, and they are seeking a Building Inspector to join their growing team. The Building Inspector will be responsible for performing property inspections, documenting building assets, and identifying potential maintenance issues across all buildings in the portfolio.

Responsibilities

Maintain and follow inspection schedules ensuring consistency
Document building assets
Manage key/access issues, identify and fix key or access deficiencies that are observed
Utilize inspection software to document and compile inspection reports
Provide detailed reports to key stakeholders
Identify potential maintenance issues and report to the maintenance team
Assist lead inspector with maintaining inspection schedule
Perform procedural tasks onsite including but not limited to collecting and delivering key materials

Qualification

Property inspectionsInspection softwareHomeowner association managementTech savvyMulti-tasking

Required

2+ years of experience in homeowner association management/maintenance, or equivalent
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Tech savvy, usage of laptop/tablet and management software
