Responsibilities
Manage configuration and testing for multiple technology implementations
Perform data analysis for systems feeding into third-party office systems, identifying gaps and required transformations
Understand and articulate data lineage as attributes move from source to target systems
Create high-quality artifacts that clearly communicate project requirements and can be converted into operational deployment plans, including:
Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs)
Business Architecture diagrams
High-level Data Architecture diagrams
Process flow diagrams
Collaborate with technology teams and business stakeholders to ensure projects, initiatives, and research items remain on schedule
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in analysis, testing, and system implementation
8+ years of experience with enterprise tools such as JIRA, MS Office Suite, and SharePoint
8+ years of experience in requirement analysis and mapping as-is and to-be process flows
5+ years of experience in data analysis using industry tools such as SQL, R, Python
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred
Strong quantitative, analytical, and project management skills
Experience with technology and system implementation projects
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively
Skilled in documenting decisions and serving as a primary point of contact for system, process, and data-related inquiries
Preferred
1+ year of OneTrust system implementation experience preferred
Prior project management experience preferred
Experience in third-party risk management or the financial industry is a plus
SaaS solution implementation experience is a plus
