Responsibilities

Provide tailored solutions for members as part of the ongoing PURE360 experience

Build on the relationships established by our field Risk Management team and become an expert in preventing losses in high value homes

Follow up on post-claim opportunities to help members reduce the likelihood of experiencing a similar loss

Participate in loss prevention campaigns and partner with trusted local contractors to create a seamless member experience

Create an exceptional member experience by creating a lasting relationship with the member based on trust and empathy

Identify and communicate underwriting concerns and estimate the replacement cost of a home during the virtual PURE360 experience

Maintain a working knowledge of nationwide claims trends and construction costs
