Onboarding Specialist
DSI is a family-owned company that has been in business since 1984, providing enhanced value through various solutions. They are seeking an Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities
Facilitate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization
Prepare and distribute onboarding materials, including benefits information, company policies, and procedures
Lead engaging orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company culture, values, and organizational structure
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, facilities, hiring managers) to ensure timely completion of onboarding logistics such as system access and workspace setup
Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, providing guidance and addressing questions throughout the onboarding period
Gather and analyze feedback from new employees to continuously improve the onboarding experience
Monitor and report key onboarding metrics, identifying trends and recommending enhancements to increase program effectiveness
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements during all onboarding activities
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in onboarding, recruitment, or human resources
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to effectively present information and interact with various stakeholders
Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing environments
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships quickly
Preferred
Knowledge of training and development practices is a plus
Experience with data analytics and reporting tools is desirable
