RÖDL USA is seeking a part-time People Engagement Intern to join their PEP Team in the Atlanta, GA office. The intern will assist with marketing, employee engagement, and recruiting initiatives, while promoting a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Responsibilities

Assist in all HR efforts, plans, and strategies in alignment with the firm’s vision and culture

Organize and assist in the implementation of Rödl & Partner events, including annual meetings and trainings

Facilitate the company reward and recognition program for all firm employees

Boost the firm's social media presence on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn with content creation and ideas

Construct creative ways to promote and advertise Rödl & Partner at campus recruiting events and build the firm’s online presence via social media

Collaborate on projects with various teams and levels of management within the firm

3.0 GPA minimum requirement

Suggested majors: Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations

Junior or Senior in a Bachelor's program preferred

Basic knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Excel

General experience in Social Media Management and related platforms is preferred (Facebook, Instagram, Hootsuite, Canva)
