Responsibilities

Supporting and maintaining AV systems for conferencing, digital signage, and workspace booking
Providing white glove, high-touch support for executives and sensitive client interactions
Offering end-user training, instruction, and guidance on AV systems and services
Assisting with complex AV events and system setups
Performing independent assessment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of AV technologies
Managing AV system failures, remediation, and equipment oversight
Handling selected Zoom administration duties and supporting Zoom environments

Required

3+ years of experience within IT/Desktop Support specifically maintaining AV systems for conferencing, digital signage, and workspace booking
