Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional guest service while providing product information and upselling when appropriate. Ensuring guests have a shopping experience that meets and exceeds their expectations

Create a memorable experience for our guests through capturing photographs and providing product information. While delivering exceptional guest service by approaching and greeting our guests

Qualification

Required

At least 16 years of age (some positions may require 18+)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations

Excellent multi-tasking abilities

Ability to train on and properly use protective gear

Ability to stand for entire shift

Comfortable working around water and animals

Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

Preferred

Previous guest service experience preferred

Basic math skills desired
