Responsibilities
Interacts with customers by phone, online chat, email or in person about printing requirements and collects production print specifications for printing job
Fills out pre-production order specification information, detailing parameters of print job
Coordinates the preparation of all written quotes and proposals
Maintains daily update of production schedule, noting any deviations
Handles phone inquiries for job status, estimates, orders, changes and complaints
Keeps salesperson informed about job status and problems
Provides customer with shipment confirmation
Maintains cleanliness of work area and equipment
Carries out conduct and responsibilities in accordance with company policies, procedures, safety, and applicable laws
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training in print processes; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong skills in work planning, scheduling and must have good judgment of color, design and print quality
Must be reliable, responsible and take direction well
Employee must be able to see and hear, read and write
Requires adaptability, analyzing, assessing, calculating, decision making, dependability, judgment, reading, speaking, following direction, handling multiple priorities and reasoning
