Sales Manager
Prym is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support mid-size retailers while exploring new business opportunities. The role involves building customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and maintaining accurate sales data.

Responsibilities
Build and nurture strong relationships with retail customers (i.,e. Hobby Lobby and Michael’s), deliver quality service, and support long-term partnerships
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and collaboration
Assist in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and strengthen Prym’s position in the market
Respond to customer inquiries, track orders, and ensure prompt resolution of issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
Maintain accurate customer records, monitor sales activities, and provide data for actions to be taken in the future
Track key metrics, anticipate customer needs, and share regular updates on sales performance and trends
Represent Prym at customer appointments, trade shows, and open houses to promote products and strengthen partnerships
Review customer sales plans and provide data-driven insight to optimize assortment and potential opportunities
Collaborate with Marketing to develop point-of-purchase (POP) displays, sales tools, and creative materials that inspire customers and drive sell-through
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration/Management, or other related degree
1-3 years experience in Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or a related field
Must be proficient in MS Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
Ability to build & maintain strong relationships with customers and co-workers. Ability to adapt to many personalities
A results driven approach with the big picture in mind. Strong desire to walk a fine line of what is best for the customer and Prym
