Responsibilities
Define and implement a multi-year strategic plan that accelerates growth, strengthens market position, and aligns with long-term corporate objectives
Own full P&L responsibility, driving continuous improvement in revenue, margin, and working capital performance
Lead business development initiatives that include new product introductions, global market expansion, strategic partnerships, and potential acquisitions
Enhance efficiency and quality across manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering through lean methodologies and data-driven process improvements. Lead initiatives to improve on-time delivery, product quality, and customer satisfaction
Champion research and development initiatives that bring innovative technologies to market faster while maintaining the highest standards of reliability and performance
Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Recruit, develop, and retain top talent across functions and global locations
Translate strategy into measurable goals and ensure performance commitments are met or exceeded. Establish strong operational metrics and reporting discipline across business units
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated success in a senior leadership role (President, Full P&L ownership, or equivalent) with full P&L ownership for a global business
Minimum of 10 years of experience leading complex organizations in manufacturing, industrial technology, or other engineering-driven sectors
Strong financial and business acumen, with a proven ability to deliver revenue growth and profit expansion
Experience leading innovation, new product development, and market diversification initiatives
Proven ability to manage across cultures and international markets
Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Experience with mergers and acquisitions and post-acquisition integration strongly desired
Preferred
Leadership experience in multi-site and international operations
Exposure to publicly traded or private-equity-backed organizations
Strong record of team building, succession planning, and cultural transformation
