This role involves analyzing and integrating diverse datasets and collaborating closely with wet-lab scientists to inform experimental strategies and translate complex datasets into mechanistic insights.

Responsibilities

Analysis and integration of multi-omic datasets (e.g., bulk and single-cell sequencing, epigenomic and spatial data)

Curation and analysis of public datasets and clinical cohorts

Statistical analysis, data visualization, and figure generation for manuscripts and presentations

Close collaboration with wet-lab scientists to interpret results and inform experimental strategies

Development of reproducible and well-documented analysis workflows

Required

Bachelor's degree in data science, computational biology, bioinformatics, statistics, engineering, or a related field

We are looking for individuals who value scientific rigor, integrity, and collaboration, and who are excited to work at the interface of computation and experimental biology to address fundamental questions with direct clinical relevance

Preferred

Master's degree in data science, computational biology, bioinformatics, statistics, engineering, or a related field

Experience with immunology or oncology datasets

Familiarity with high-dimensional data analysis (e.g., flow cytometry, RNA-seq)
