Responsibilities

Manage multiple brands and projects (in Healthcare and Pharma), including websites, banners, email programs, social media, and print from initiation to completion

Create and monitor timelines to ensure that teams have the space and time to develop great creative work while meeting client needs

Organize tasks in our project management software, ensure dates are properly entered, assign tasks to resources where necessary

Run daily hot sheets including setting deliverables for the day and documenting next steps

Collaborate with internal teams to successfully meet client requests and goals

Track ongoing changes throughout the project lifecycle, and actively reconcile estimates to actuals
