Responsibilities

Provide strategic advice to the Legal Network team by conducting in-depth analysis of lawyer and customer data to inform decision-making
Collaborate with data and operations teams to design and implement processes for data collection necessary for strategic analysis
Manage and optimize legal network tools (e.g., Gainsight, SFDC, Sigma) to ensure efficient operation and alignment with Legal Network initiatives
Prepare and deliver monthly reports for leadership meetings, highlighting key insights and progress of ongoing projects
Engage with the Legal Network and Customer Success teams to identify potential issues with current projects and opportunities for new initiatives
Continuously assess and enhance operational tools and workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall Legal Network performance

Required

3+ years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating a strong foundation in operations, analytics, or legal network–adjacent roles
1+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, FP&A, or another analytically rigorous environment
Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, and Sigma preferred; Gainsight certification is a plus
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in data analysis, reporting, and operational execution
Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for a variety of stakeholders
Ability to work effectively across teams and departments in a fast-moving environment, balancing multiple inputs and priorities

Preferred

Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, and Sigma preferred; Gainsight certification is a plus
