Responsibilities
Serve as the primary relationship contact for Fisher and your assigned custodians
Lead relationship management calls with custodian managers
Proactively manage custodian relationships to ensure they provide exceptional service to Fisher and our clients
Identify and implement process improvements for better operational efficiency
Monitor custodian performance through both qualitative and quantitative measures
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience working in a project management capacity or working on large scale projects in the financial services space
Experience managing B2B relationships
You enjoy defining problems and creating solutions
Excel at managing complexity, independently prioritizing, and navigating ambiguity
You excel at communication and collaboration
