Participate in early-stage project intake and requirement-gathering sessions to influence project scope and planning

Proven experience in fostering high-performing teams with strong aptitude to drive requirement alignment, cross team collaboration, healthy conflict resolution, and diversity

Proven experience with inspect and adapt activities including system demo, quantitative and qualitative measurement, and the retrospective and problem-solving events

Strong oral and written communication skills

Coordinate project discovery efforts (funding, feasibility, and strategic alignment)

Required
