Responsibilities

Lead development of current/target architecture states and identify pain points & opportunities
Drive architectural design, modeling, and implementation with a focus on performance, reliability, and security
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate solutions, technologies, and tools
Conduct vendor assessments, support RFI/RFP processes, and guide technology selection
Research emerging trends and enhance architecture frameworks, standards, and methodologies
Provide domain assessments for complex initiatives and contribute to enterprise roadmaps

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field (or +4 years additional experience)
10+ years' experience in an architecture domain

Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills
Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Required to disclose any ineligibility for working on Federal healthcare programs
Strong customer service mindset and ability to manage multiple demands
