This role is responsible for ensuring products and processes meet customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and quality standards while supporting operational excellence on the plant floor.

Responsibilities
Lead and maintain the Quality Management System, including IATF 16949 and ISO-related requirements
Oversee internal and external audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance through inspections of raw materials and finished products
Develop, update, and train teams on SOPs, work instructions, control plans, FMEAs, and process flows
Manage PPAP submissions, gauge calibration systems, layered audits, and nonconforming material (scrap/rejects)
Analyze quality data and perform statistical analysis to drive root-cause problem solving
Support Six Sigma and continuous improvement projects
Supervise, train, and develop Quality Inspectors and Technicians, including performance management and disciplinary actions
Partner with plant leadership to support production, customer requirements, and quality objectives
Qualification
Required
